CHARACTERISTICS:
Sundeep 18.8.5 is a rutile type low heat input austentic stainless steel electrodes giving 18 Cr- 8 Ni – 5 Mn work hardening deposit and gives it the needed abrasion resistant. Specially designed for joining austentic steel to mild steel for producing crack free joints.
APPLICATION:
Sundeep 304 – M is suitable for Buffer and build-up layers on difficult steel line, crusher hammers, crusher mantels, cones, shovel buckets.Repairing cracks in Mn steel casting, manganese steel rail etc.
