Sundeep 309-16 Medium coated, rutile based, depositing an alloy of 23 Cr 12 Ni type weld metal which has excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation at very high temperature upto 11000C. The arc is smooth, fine bead slag is self peeling easy-strike and re-strike. The weld metal is radiographic.
APPLICATION:
Joining mild steel to Stainless steel, Low alloy steels – stainless steel 18/8 type, Heat resistant chrome-steel and Cr-Ni steels of the 309 type, Where high strength and corrosion resistance upto11000C.
