CHARACTERISTICS:
A medium coated graphite based hard facing electrode depositing air hardening weld metal with soft and stable arc, smooth and uniform bead profile with negligible slag. The weld metal is alloyed which is hard and extremely resistant abrasion.
APPLICATION:
Oil Expeller worms, Scrapper Blades, Concrete Mixer Blade, Dipper, Excavator Teeth, Conveyors, Earth Moving Equipments, Cement Die Rings, Cane cutting knives.
CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:
Carbon - 2.20 – 2.80%
Manganese - 0.20 –0.80%
Silicon - 0.70 – 1.20%
Chromium - 3.00– 4.50%
HARDNESS: On Mild Steel 550-650 Brinell on IIIrd Layer.
