CHARACTERISTICS:
Sundeep NM is a Medium heavy coated Cast Iron Electrodes. The weldment is Non-Machineable. The bead perfectly matches with the parent metal like grey cast-iron; mild steel and cast iron to cast iron joints. The slag is negligible, which can be brushed easily. The weld bead is uniform.
APPLICATION:
For repair of rough Cast Iron, Joining mild steel to Cast Iron, Repair of defective casting, filling of blowholes of casting, Grinding is applicable to match the surface.

Carbon - 2.00 – 2.50%
Manganese - 0.40 – 0.60%
Silicon - 5.00 – 5.50%
