CHARACTERISTICS: Sundeep-Ni, a medium coated graphite based Cast Iron electrode weldment is pure Nickel, specially designed for welding cast-iron in the cold way. The weld metal is free from cracks and porosity Arc is stable and smooth having low spatter and excellent quality of machinability.

APPLICATION: All grades of castings, Pumps casing, gear housing, Engine blocks, valve bodies, Cast Iron Components.

CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:

Carbon - 0.60% Max.
Manganese - 0.90% Max.
Silicon - 0.70% Max.
Nickel - Remainder
