Low Hydrogen Electrodes

A basic heavy coated all position Ni-alloyed, low hydrogen electrode. Specially designed for high impact values at sub-zero temperatures. For welding medium tensile and fine grained carbonsteels with AC and DC currents. Weld -Metal is having Radiographic soundness with good machanical properties. Deposition efficiency is approximately 120 %.

APPLICATION:

Welding ammonia storage tanks, Pressure Vessels

Low-alloy steels such as containing 1% Nickel.

Heavy joints unde restrained and subjected dynamic loading for low temperature applications.
